Palak Chapathi/ Phulka
Ingredients:
2C wholewheat flour
6 tblsp flax seed meal
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp oil
Chopped spinach 1C
Water
Preparation:
Mix everything with water and make into dough consistency. Make chapathis/ pulkhas.
